What are the session dates?
Classes Run August 11 - December 20 and January 5 - May 23. Classes are billed monthly or for the full session for each session.

How will I pay?
Full Session Registration
Session Registration Overview
When registering for a full session at Frequency Dance, participants have the option to pay the total session fee upfront. This payment confirms your spot in the class and covers the entire duration of the session.
Payment Options
You may complete your payment using any of the following methods:
Cash — Accepted in person at the studio.
Check — Payable to Frequency Dance; please include the dancer’s name and class on the memo line.
Credit Card (Online) — Secure online payments can be made through the registration portal.
Monthly Registration
You will be required to have a credit card securely on file with Frequency Dance. Your card will be charged for the first month of classes at the time of registration, and the 1st of the month for every month after that. To cancel you are required to give a 30 day noice.
Adult Programs are by punch card only! Punch cards can be purchased through our app or from your instructor.
Refund and Credit Policy
Frequency Dance maintains a no-refund policy for all full session registrations or monthly registrations. Once payment is made, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
However, credits may be granted for future classes or camps in specific situations, such as medical issues or family emergencies. These credits can be applied toward upcoming sessions, workshops, or camps offered by Frequency Dance.

Do you still accept PLAYpass funds?
Yes! Email frequency@frequencydance.com to have your PLAYpass funds applied to your dance account.

Will you honor the Reduced Rate offered by the City of Boulder Parks & Recreation?
Yes! With proof of need our program will honor 25% off of your monthly tuition. We no longer contract with the City of Boulder, but want to support our community.

How do I unenroll/cancel?
Monthly Plans
Frequency Dance does not offer refunds for any reason. If your dancer decides they would no longer like to take classes with us, you will need to email frequency@frequencydance.com and upon receipt of acknowledgment by Frequency Dance, your automatic billing will end after two additional monthly payments. (30-day cancellation period)
