The Frequency Dance Company is a unique, audition-based dance company for youth. We offer high quality training and extensive performance experience in a variety of dance styles. At the heart of our company lies a community of dancers committed to lifting each other up, working hard on their goals, and spreading kindness. Auditions occur every spring and are open to all dancers who are interested in deepening their commitment to dance. We welcome not only experienced dancers but those with fewer years of training looking for more commitment!

Frequency consists of a Competitive team, performing in dance competitions and showcases around Colorado, and a Performance team, committed to two Kinesis-only recitals per season and community events. Both teams accommodate a range of age groups and participate in multiple technique classes per week and encourage members to reach their full artistic potential by building confidence in a positive and safe learning community. Company members are committed to their team and to dance They perform, compete and have fun while growing as dancers, artists, humans and friends.

If you were unable to attend our auditions in May, consider joining one of our week-long Company Intensives over the summer. Frequency Staff can evaluate prospective dancers during their participation, and potentially place them in the Company prior to the season beginning in the fall.
