Join us for Frequency Dance’s Free Day of Dance, where you can explore the joy of movement in our welcoming studios! We’ll be offering a variety of sample classes tailored for all age groups. Our children's studio invites little ones aged 2 to 6 to enjoy fun and creative dance sessions. For dancers aged 7 to 14, our second studio will host engaging classes that encourage skill development and self-expression. Lastly, our teen and adult room will provide opportunities for both seasoned dancers and newcomers to connect through various dance styles.
